Hi, My name is Erik and welcome to my personal website! This site contains links to my personal blogs, my portfolio of work, and my paper publications.

I have completed my PhD at Coventry University Studying in the field of Artificial Intelligence in Computer Science. My PhD looked at the use of Deep Artificial Neural Networks to reduce issues associated with invariance problems for computer vision. This is where transformations in an image make it difficult for a computer to identify as the patterns of pixels look different from the training data it has learnt from.

I also hold a First Class BSc with Hons Computer Science Degree from Coventry University. I also worked for my University on open days as a Student Advocate, as well as teaching as an Hourly Paid Lecturer.
