Coventry University has run a showcase called New Wizards annually since 2007. Since the second year of my PhD, I have been heavily involved in helping run the event after it was removed from a student module and given to staff to organise and run. As part of my involvement in helping run New Wizards, I was in charge of managing the website for the event and taking student and corporate registrations through that website. The site runs on Wordpress and a conference WordPress theme which I adapted and changed to suit the university showcase as well as updating the graphical look of the theme. The New Wizards website can be found at http://newwizards.com, but as the URL is used for the yearly event, my design may not remain at this URL.
